Trip to Big Bear.

We decided to take a trip to the mountains this past weekend and what a treat to start off in the hot desert and an hour later be on a beautiful snow covered mountain. Billy the girls and I had a wonderful family weekend and we plan to make many more trips to Big Bear!

On December 11, 2007 Billy and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary.

Our Trip to L.A.

We spent a very special weekend in L.A. with Aunt Debby, Aunt Cheryl, Aunt Joy, and Justin they were in town with Aunt Cheryl's Lake Highland Choir members for the 2008 Olympic Ceremonies. It was nice getting to spend time with family. Cassidy and Caitlyn made some new friends, and as always didn't want to tell everyone bye. We truely are grateful for each of you and love and miss you all very much.

Cassidy's Soccer Team 2007

Cassidy had a lot of fun playing soccer again, this was Cassidy's first time to play sense she was 6 years old and we think she has the soccer fever again, we hope so it is such a great sport to play and she is a great player. Cassidy's coach presented her with her trophy and deemed her the most aggressive player she also said she knew she could depend on Cassidy to cover anyone that she needed her to cover and to lead the team in hustling and making sure they were in their right positions. Congratulations Cassidy on a great season!!!

Fall Festival 2007

Cassidy and Caitlyn enjoyed their first Fall Festival in California as Dorothy and the Scarecrow. They had fun visiting the booths, eating popcorn , cotton candy and taking a pony ride. We ended the night of festivities with a short but sweet hay ride.

Caitlyn enjoyed another year of Ballet at Dance Theatre. Caitlyn performed to an arrangement from one of her favorite Disney movies The Little Mermaid. Oh how graceful she is on that stage. Caitlyn was invited to dance on the 2007-2008 Protege Team.

Cassidy and Caitlyn took a jazz class together this year it was fun seeing them dance side by side on the stage. The tune they danced to was "Baby Your A Star" and they are both our STARS!!!

A BIG WIN!!!

In May Caitlyn played in and won her first big tournament game in Greensboro N.C. This was the first time the U-8 JASA Girls took home the Championship for this tournament. Congratulations Caitlyn we are very proud of you.

Nags Head Weekend

While in Nags Head we took the girls to the Wright Brothers Museum. Cassidy and Caitlyn enjoyed learning the history of the first flight. Now if we can only convince Caitlyn to take her first flight to Aunt Julie's and Uncle Mike's house for Christmas vacation.

Billy's Homecoming

On February 12, 2007 Billy returned from Iraq. We took a little vacation to Nags Head this picture was taken on the famous Sand Dunes at Kitty Hawk. Thanks Aunt Jean and Sister for the wonderful weekend at the beach house.
