Caitlyn wins 1st place for her Brain Freeze Science Project.
Caitlyn entered her first Science Fair on Thursday February 21, 2008.
Her project was based on the question (What causes a brain freeze?), her hypothesis was (I think I will get a brain freeze the quickest by drinking an Icee). Caitlyn tested her hypothesis by sampling an Icee, a popsicle, a shake, and ice cream. Her hypothesis proved to be true . Caitlyn had a look of shock on her face when they called her name as a first place winner, now she will go on to compete at the district level on Thursday February 28th.

Yeah! Congratulations, Caitlyn! What a wonderful accomplishment! I wish that I had done a science project on "brain freeze" when I was in school since I would have loved to consider sampling an icee, a popsicle, a shake, and ice cream as homework!
